What to eat on race morning

Race morning is not the day to try something new. This is the timeline we give members, and it is deliberately boring.

Three hours out

A normal breakfast you have eaten a hundred times. Oats, banana, coffee if that is your habit.

Ninety minutes out

Stop eating solids. Sip water with electrolytes from here.

Thirty minutes out

One gel or a small piece of fruit, then warm up. Anything more and you will meet it again at the burpee broad jumps.
