About

We are
Hybrd

HYBRD opened in 2022 with two sleds, one SkiErg and a stubborn idea: train like the race, not like a gym.

The story

A running club that bought a sled

Lena and Marco met at a race in 2021. She was a runner who fell apart on the sled, he was a lifter who fell apart on the run. They trained together in a rented warehouse corner, then in half a warehouse, then in all of it.

Today HYBRD is an Official Hybrid Race Club with six coaches, an indoor track and 500 members who range from first-timers to national podiums. The idea has not changed: every session is a piece of the race.

What we stand for

Three rules on the wall

01

Race spec or nothing

Every sled, bag, ball and metre matches the official standard. Nothing on the floor is "close enough".

02

Splits over feelings

We measure. Your times after every simulation, your lifts every block. Progress you can point at.

03

Nobody finishes alone

The last athlete in every simulation gets the loudest finish line. That is the rule that built the community.

Race floor

Eight sled lanes on competition turf, a wall ball wall with both target heights, SkiErgs and rowers in a row.

Indoor track

A measured 200 metre loop that runs past every station, so transitions are trained, not imagined.

Strength hall

Twelve racks, platforms and a full dumbbell run for the Engine & Strength block and open gym.

Recovery

Sauna, two ice baths, compression boots and a physio room, all included in Athlete and Podium.

Coffee bar

At the finish line, where every simulation ends. Also where most of the doubles teams were formed.

The practical stuff

Showers, towels, code lockers, free parking, bike racks inside and a tram stop at the door.
