Nora Bakker
Nora leads Run Club and the Sunday long run. She writes the compromised running blocks that members complain about on the day and thank her for on race weekend.
Her rule: run the first kilometre slower than you want to, every single time.

Story
From the track to the sled lane
Ten years of middle distance taught Lena how to suffer at pace. Her first hybrid race taught her that running fit is not race fit. She spent a year rebuilding her strength, came back with a sub 1:10, and has been coaching the transition ever since.
Her sessions are known for two things: honest splits and very little standing around. Expect to run more than you want to, and to be surprised by how much your sled push improves because of it.
Coaching focus
01
Run when it hurts
Compromised running blocks that teach you to hold pace straight off a station.
02
Pace the whole race
Split targets per station and per kilometre, built from your simulation data.
03
Waste nothing
Transitions, recovery walking, wall ball rhythm. The minutes you did not know you were losing.
